WINTER SAFETY GRANT
Purpose: MSGIA Workers Compensation Risk Retention Program is making available a Winter Safety Grant for all school districts currently participating in the work comp program. The purpose of the safety grant is to assist MSGIA WC members in the planning process for the upcoming winter weather preparations in an effort to reduce the number of school district related slip and fall injuries.

Slips and falls continue to be the lead cause of accidents with our members and we are interested to hear your plans to reduce these types of accidents. The winner of the Winter Safety Grant will be awarded a Kawasaki Mule 610 4X4 XC.
If you were to own this piece of equipment, how would your district use this new tool to reduce slip and fall accidents? Simply follow the instructions below and complete the application to be eligible to win!

What Can you win: The winner of the Winter Safety Grant will be awarded a Kawasaki Mule 610 4X4 XC. The Kawasaki Mule 610 4X4 XC will come with accessories to assist with the maintenance and up keep of a school district (blade for snow removal, a bed for hauling maintenance equipment, a removable cab, etc.)!
Eligibility for the Winter Safety Grant is easy ·Your district must be a member of the workers’ compensation pool as of the deadline date; Simply fill out the online questionnaire by clicking here and Submit the questionnaire before the deadline of October 31st, 2011;Drawing will be held during the first annual MSGIA/MASBO Workers Compensation Seminar November 10th, 2011; Please, only one entry per school district.
